Seafood Salad Calamari
Shrimp
Octopus
Scallops
lemons
garlic
1/2 cup of Olive Oil
salt and pepper
red onion
celery
parsley
Steam all fish separately.
Bring a medium saucepan of water to a boil over medium heat; add scallops and shrimp.
Once cooked, run under cold water.
Cut celery and red onion in tiny pieces
In a Blender Mix: ½ cup of olive oil 3 lemons salt and pepper 4 to 5 garlic cloves or garlic powder.
Once mixed, add mixture to fish along with celery and red onion.
* Mix well. Continue mixing every hour.
* Once ready to serve, add fresh parsley if desired.
